There are no officially supported materials, as far as I know, but (by doing it myself). I know that it is entirely possible to create Symbian applications using Ant, simply by invoking command line tools from Ant commands.
If this is the precursor to automatically creating symbian applications using an assembly server of some description, remember that Symbian assemblies have the annoying habit of polluting the assembly environment, so you will need to spend some time automatically cleaning the environment and setting up the environment.
