Eclipse memory error

I am trying to install the Spring framework in my eclipse ganymede through the update site http://springide.org/updatesite . But when it is updated, an error will occur in my ad that says that an error has occurred in memory.

Try raising the memory settings in eclipse.ini.

-Xmx1024m
-XX:MaxPermSize=512m
