The company I work for has a Flash component (using flex and cs4) that periodically breaks in chrome, FF, and IE. (so far only win32 platforms)
I sent an Adobe error report but heard nothing from them. Their support process seems like a black hole. We can get the dump from Flash using these steps , but after sending the error we did not get any help.
We uploaded this to the visual studio MS, but we can get decent stack information because there are no characters for flash files.
Microsoft and other companies provide symbols that will help with debugging, and we would like to get this from Adobe. Is there any way to succeed?
Does anyone know where to get flash characters or how else can we make progress?
It is difficult to debug the process if the container just dies.

I just spent a painful hour on the phone with followers - and the final answer from one of them (I spoke with about 8 people) was that they did not have a purchase plan for developer support for flash support.
I find it hard to believe.
Does anyone know how to get Flash support?
