How to do programming after jailbreaking my iPhone?

I need some private frameworks for my application, so I plan on using jailbreaking for my iPhone, but I wonder what steps to program after the jailbreaking process. Are they the same for jailbroken and regular iPhones?

I know that the application will be rejected by the application store, but this is not my goal. This is a study.

You can create using Xcode if you want, but you don't need it. Infact you can build on your iphone. All you need is a remote login to your iphone and work from there directly!
