Checking files using AnkhSVN, which does not require entering a FogBugz number

So I added fogbugz recommendations to add some properties to my project repository. The only SVN property I changed was bugtraq: warnifnoissue. The documentation mentioned above is false. I set it to true. If I use TortoiseSVN when I go to check the file, I will see a text box with the Fogbugz case code in the upper right corner of the comment text box. If I register a number without a FogBugz number, it says something like the line "Are you sure you want to register without specifying a case number?". I set this to give a friendly impetus to the developers to enter the case number. This is just a hint that does not force you to enter the case number. This all works great.

However, in AnkhSVN, all of the above works as described with the SVN requests I installed, but I do not receive a welcome prompt. Is it just that AnkhSVN does not support hints like TortoiseSVN, or are there some AnkhSVN settings that I need to set or an additional SVN property that needs to be set for AnkhSVN?

Thanks in advance.
