Does the web developer toolbar really have a Save button to save CSS modified in Firebug?

Question

According to this SO answer, the Firefox Web Developer toolbar has a Save button:

However, the response displays an image of the toolbar on which the "Save" button is not displayed:

I just installed a toolbar to use this option, but I don’t see the “Save” button.

Is there a save button?
