Wix - How to run / install an application without an interface

Question

I have an exe file and need to convert it to msi and install it using group policy on another computer in the domain without user interaction.

But this is using the user interface where the user clicks a button. After installing MSI, I need to run an exe file and install it on a computer in the background - without any ui.
