"Method Verification Call Error" when deploying WAR on Tomcat

When I deploy my WAR generated with Ant on my local system (copy / paste under / webapps), everything works fine.

The fact is, when I deploy WAR on a remote server for testing, I received this error message:

An error occurred during the deployment of Tomcat: "Error invoking validation method." However, this may not mean that the application could not be deployed. Check the status in the application list

But the application does not deploy at all. I have to use Probe (lambaprobe.org) to manage and deploy Tomcat applications on the remote server I'm talking about. And I do not have access to the file system, only the probe.

Any idea would be greatly appreciated!

Unable to check the log ... We managed to restart tomcat and now it works. Weird

I often came across this problem, and after checking the log it was caused by OutOfMemoryError with tomcat

Check the tomcat log files; they contain a complete error message.

If you cannot easily access them, write a small webapp that allows you to view and / or download logs and deploy them.
