Subversion Email Notification

I would like my subversion to send me an email (and my staff) for each commit. There are many solutions for this, but I have not found one that will allow me to use matchcard / regexp match on the svn URL and use it to notify different groups of people.

Has anyone done this?

The standard mailer.py supports regular expressions in customization for_paths.
