How to use title tags without popup title when freezing?

I have a question regarding header tags. I use them for every link on my site in the hope that it will be good for SEO. Since I have so many heading tags used, they look very crazy to actually visit. No matter where you indicate there is another popup. Is there a way to prevent these hangs (those that show the contents of the title tag) while still using the title tags?

In Prototype, I use the $$ () function to get all the elements of a particular class and works like a champion.
