VSTO: event for Word Doc Content / Text Changes?

Does anyone know if it is possible to handle content changes or, more precisely, is there an event for this event ... that would tell me if the contents of the document were changed (ideally, in which position / range, etc.)?

The event " Application.WindowSelectionChange", which will notify of any changes in the content, but does not notify that has changed as a location / position - you will have a program in what you want to search.
