Bring iPhone Simulator in front of the assembly screen?

Question

When I use MonoDevelop using the MonoTouch environment, it seems that iPhone Simulator always loads in the background, is there a way to bring this to the forefront and not always click it in the dock to pick it up?

Unable to find anything in settings.
