Having learned more about how monotouch works, I believe that I still know the answer to this question, but can you use the cocos2d-iphone infrastructure with monotat? I believe that most likely it will be “no,” because cocos2d is the c object library, and for this there probably should be some kind of .net port. so what?
I haven’t done monotouch dev yet, but I have a little development goal with cocos2d and I am very interested in the framework, and hoped to avoid it, since I am completely new to the dev game, masking the opengl direct programming area through the openTK interface supported by monotouch in the dark.
I also created a wiki community here so that people can share monotone game development options that should help us all with this new structure.
