When I try to access SQL Server 2008 in my domain, I get the message "the server was not found or was not available"

When setting up a system that requires access to SQL 2008 on a remote computer and stored on another computer in the same domain, I encountered the following error:

The server was not found or was not accessible.
Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server
is configured to allow remote connections.

When I installed SQL Server, I was sure that I configured the system that way. How to fix this problem?

, SQL Server, :

-Open SQL Server Configuration Manager - In the left pane, click "SQL Server Network Configuration" and then "Protocols for [Instance Name, Probably SQLEXPRESS]" -Then click TCP / IP again and you will see the port used. Mine was specified in the dynamic IPAll / TCP port. -In SQL Server Management Studio, add the port name to the connection string as follows:

if you connected to:

MYSERVER\SQLEXPRESS

port is indicated as

MYSERVER,2071\SQLEXPRESS
