Alternatives to Dr. Watson for Windows 2008+?

Question

We used to use Dr. log files and dumps. Watson to analyze failures in our production environment, but Dr. Watson is no longer part of the 2k8 server, and our infrastructure team had problems starting it in 2008.

Are there alternatives that can be used in a similar way? In particular, we need a crash module and a crash address (we use this with PDB and card information to return traffic to the crash site), and it will have to work with Windows services (including those that work as a local system).
