Getting error when adding dll link to C # .net windows application why?

Question

I downloaded the code from the codeProject website, but while doing this I got a dll link error in the help folder. The dll file is in my bin / debug / folder. but he did not find her. when I add this file from adding a link tag, I give an error that this is an invalid lumpy component.

If the DLL is a COM library, you need to register it manually using regsvr32 . Then you can access it by name from the COM tab of the Add Link dialog box (see below).
