Mdx String Generator

Question

For Sql Server Analysis Services.

What to look for if someone has an example of class or function code or a precompiled dll through which you can pass columns, rows, pages, with filters, etc. Then the mdx line is generated.

im works in asp.net but should be able to convert from example to any other language

you can use excel to query the database and use sql-profiler to view the mdx used in the query sent to Analysis Services.

You can set filters in Excel to see how they fit into an MDX query.
