Where can I find ARPCOMMENTS through the visual Studio GUI in a .NET solution with a configuration project?

The ARPCOMMENTS value appears when “Click here for support information.” In the “Add or Remove Programs” control panel. I changed it once, but I forgot where it is.

It is difficult to assume that immediately obvious Properties from the context menu for the installation project will open a configuration window .
