Running an IIS Application with Different User Credentials

I deployed the application to IIS Server and Servlet Exec. I need to run the application with Windows user credentials and not with an anonymous user. I try to change the username and password of the annonmous user in properties / security, but the application stops responding to changing it back to the Anonymous IIS user account

If it is on iis 6 or higher, there is a place where you can create application pools. If you do not already have a dedicated application pool for your application, create one. When creating, you can set the default identifier with which it should work. You can set it to the system defaults or the user id you created ...

You must change the application pool identifier (not the website). Therefore, it is best to create a specific application pool for each site that requires specific user credentials.
