I want to link or use an existing shortcut to close all visible tool windows in VS2008.

For VS2005, there was an add-in for VS2005, but it does not work in VS2008.

Tools-> Options-> Keyboard-> Assign key to command Window.AutoHideAll.

With Shift+ Escyou can close the active toolbar.
