Vimperator / Conkeror Channel Selection

Question

I use Conkeror daily, except at work, where I need Firebug, since I am a web developer. I really miss having the ability to "follow the link" in Conqueror, but I don't want to resort to using Vimperator to get it.

Is there a Firefox extension that allows me to follow links by pressing a key followed by link text, for example, in Conkeror?
