Itextsharp pdfpcell header

Question

I would like to have a cell table of the PdfPCell class, each with a tiny header, a main row and a small footer. I cannot find a way to insert them, because the HeaderandFooter does not allow an element to be added to a cell, one paragraph overwrites another, and so on. Any ideas?

You can use nested tables.
Instead of PdfPCell, insert a 1x1 table with a tiny header and a small footer.
