SQL Server Stored Procedures: Are They Queued?

I will probably be able to find the answer to this question, but today my Google-fu is weak. When I have the same stored process that invokes a web application several times, do call queues or do they start independently?

Depends on the isolation level of what the stored procedure does. If the isolation level is set to READ UNCOMMITTED for all transactions in the SP, there is no protection, and multiple threads can execute the same transaction at the same time.
