Java unit test coverage numbers do not match

Below is the class that I wrote in a web application that I create using Java Google App Engine. I wrote Unit Tests using TestNG and all tests pass. Then I run EclEmma in Eclipse to see the test coverage of my code. All features show 100% coverage, but the file as a whole shows about 27% coverage. Where is 73% uncovered code located?

Can someone help me understand how EclEmma works and why am I getting a mismatch in numbers?
