Monitoring code metrics in Java over a longer period of time

Is there any tool for monitoring various indicators for a Java project over a longer period of time, it is desirable that the data in CVS establish trends and weaknesses? This would be a good starting point for continuous code review and maintaining the quality of the code.

I am particularly interested in the number of references, the size of classes and methods, and the cyclic complexity.
