How to check if a CD is real or virtual

I use the following WMI query to list the CD / DVR discs on my computer:

select * from Win32_CDROMDrive

Question: Is there any way to determine which of the returned discs are actual, physical CD / DVDs and which are virtual (for example, Deamon Tools, MagicDisc)?

I don’t think there is a way, it is the goal of daemon tools and such software.

Perhaps if you manage to get the designer or brand of each CDROM, you can always see if this is "Daemon tools inc.".
