I have a project in which I want to make a large number of meshes over a landscape of 16 square miles. While the grids are not all unique, there are many of them (maybe only 1000 mesh, but there are several million).
I was wondering if there are any documents or (good) resources covering this topic. I found a lot of terrain / terrain rendering documents, but somehow I could not find any rendering of large amounts.
EDIT By grids, I mean objects on the landscape, building trees, etc.
