What is a SQLite3 Disk I / O Error in Cocoa

Question

I program in the snow Leopard 10.6. My application successfully opens a locally stored database, but when it tries to insert it into the database, I continue to get "Disk I / O Error". Anyone have any ideas on what might cause this?

SQLITE_IOERR

This value is returned if the operating system tells SQLite that it cannot perform some disk I / O. This may mean that there is no more disk space.
