ITunes App Store: Does Major Version Upgrade = Longer Queue Waiting Time?

Question

I am wondering if anyone understands this ... when releasing an application update for the iPhone, should I expect the approval process to take longer if I post something announced as a major version update (compared to the minor version)?

The last time (around the time that the big update for Facebook was released), our wait time for viewing the minor version was 21 days (16 working days).

The viewing time is usually shorter if the version number ends at 7.
