How to burn DVD video from C #?

Do I need to record a dvd video from my webcam to a C # application? What is the right way to do this? What are the required steps?

I think I should create an image with the right folder structure and MPEG2 video and then burn it to a DVD? IMAPI2?

im looking for a library too, but so far IMAPI is the best thing so far, bwgburn is an application, there is also LetitBurn which uses libburn library designed for C ++
