Getting javascript 'sys' is undefined error

Question

On the development machine, my site works fine, but I get javascript "Sys" - an undefined error on the hosting server, and my AJAX does not work.

I have a sample page and scriptmanager on it, please take a look at this. http://nexapps.com/default2.aspx

and the text box are in the AJAX update panel, but when the button hits the page, the full postback.

Note: the hosting server is IIS7, but my other sites work fine on the same server
