SharePoint Forms Authentication Provider Name Prefix for Username

Question

I installed a SharePoint site with forms authentication and My Sites. The username is displayed correctly in the main site collection, however, when a user creates My site, the user is always referred to as: for example, it could be:

SqlMembershipProvider: TestUser

How to remove sqlMemberProvider from username?
