Is there a lightweight GUI for SQL that lets you examine databases and run SQL?

Question

SQL Express is installed on the machines I'm going to, but I'm not going to install the awkward SQL Management Studio. I just need an EXE that I can run, so I would like it to be without installation.

Current parameters:

1) Write one yourself - not too complicated, but I thought I would check first 2) Use the command line

Requirements:

1) View the databases that I point to 2) Run SQL commands 3) Show the output of SQL commands 4) It is easy to view the contents of the table.
