How to upgrade a .NET 2.0 website to 3.5?

My site is VB.NET 2.0. I already opened it in VS2k8 and said that it should not be updated. Now I want to update, how do I run it? All messages say "just open it in 2k8 and he will tell you." Well, I did it, and it was like that, and I didn't want to yet. Now I can’t get him to rise.

Open the project properties and select Target Framework on the Application tab. Must be values such as ".NET Framework 3.5", ".NET Framework 2.0", etc. You can access the project properties in your solution explorer by right-clicking the name of your project and selecting "Properties" from the right-click menu.

If Solution Explorer is not displayed for you in Visual Studio, you can access it through the View menu> Solution Explorer.
