What other top-level OCaml programs are there? (Vista)

I am using OCamlWinPlus v1.9RC4. It sucks pretty hardcore. It constantly crashes and lacks basic functions. What other optional OCaml programs can be recommended for Windows Vista?

You can use the Windows version of Emacs and use the configuration files (* .el) provided with the OCaml source archive to turn Emacs into a powerful, if idiosyncratic, full tier.

I use Notepad ++ to write code, then I compile it from cmd, there is simply no easy way to do this with OCAML!
