The WAMP server is primarily intended for developing PHP / MySQL on Windows and does not support Java / JSP out of the box. (AFAIK) Although you could use the same WAMP installation to configure it to support JSP, you would still need a servlet container to interpret the Java / JSP source files. Since you are new to WAMP, it would be more logical to install another Servlet container, such as the Tomcat below, to reduce the time it takes to start and run.
