Capturing video from a WPF application

Question

I want to write a C # application that can record video capture of one of its WPF controls.

Is there a solution in .Net for recording video from a control, or is there any library that I could use?

My goal is to write a SketchCast application. The use case is as follows:

• launch the SketchCast app and click the record button,
• write the ink in the WPF ink area and talk
• press the stop button
• The recorded voice and black animation is saved in the video file in some encoding.
