IE6 crashes cached design

I have a design that loads well in IE6, but as soon as I reload it 1-2 times, it suddenly crashes. When I download the updated version, it recovers from it and breaks after several reboots.

On the side: I can’t check the site on β€œreal” IE6, I use IEtester found here: IE tester Maybe this is a problem with this program?

Sorry, I am not allowed to publish any kind of live code, but this is basically the Holy Grail layout found here: Holy Grail Layout I suspect IE6 just cannot handle the DIV jungle and sometimes refuses.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Fix'd

The problem was

"margin-left: -50%;

from

.holygrail .colleft

I changed it to a fixed px value (page width).

I reloaded the Holy Grail layout linked several times in IE6 and nothing happened. You can download a temporary licensed free copy of Windows XP for a virtual PC image that integrates into IE6 for real testing.
