Is there a free, preferred, standalone clone of the open source Activestate Komodo Rx Toolkit clone?

I found the regular expression toolkit in Komodo 4.1 quite convenient. The problem is that you need to shell out $ 300 for Komodo to use it. I would love the same functionality in a standalone tool ... any suggestions?

If using the regex engine of JavaScript is acceptable, good, written by Eric Arvidson . It does not have the "Replace" functions that the Komodo IDE Rx Toolkit has, but it is useful for testing matches.
