Question

What open source licenses allow you to distribute a binary executable / library without copyright notice?

Say write a C library and I want all versions of the source to carry my copyrights / licenses, but I want library users to distribute executable code, a static or dynamically linked library, to be able to do this without restriction (including a link to my specific license). Is there such an open source license?
