Custom latex application

Question

I am trying to solve a small problem that I have with the book I am writing, I was wondering if you could give me a hand with my work.

I am trying to rename automatic signatures in the application tables that I have. By default, Latex does this:

Appendix A:

Table A.1 Table A.2,.

Appendix B:

Table B.1 Table B.2,.

The problem is that I have 6 chapters in my book, but each chapter except the first has applications, and the entire application is at the end of the book. And all the tables and figures in the application are A not B or C, for example:

Anexo 2 <- renamed application 2

Table A2_1 Table A2_2 Table A2_3,.

Anexo 3

Table A3_1 Table A3_2 Table A3_3,.
