Let's say I want to align 4 images on the same line with the interval between images according to my preference. Most of the time I have to achieve this with encoded HTML / CSS using div, float, padding ...

I am trying to speed up the development process by trying several WYSIWYG editors, for example http://ckeditor.com/ , http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/ ...

None of them can achieve this without the need for a manual code.

This seems a bit common for the WYSIWYG editor. I would try to write a simple plugin for TinyMCE. They do not have to be very complicated:

I was recently included on WYMEditor , who is the editor of What You Mean Is What You Get. It generates very semantic markup and allows you to create custom styles / classes that can be used for this kind of case. Check out their demos and see for yourself.
