WPF: error getting UserControl in ToolBox

I remember that some time ago, when I created UserControl in Visual Studio 2008, USerControls automatically appeared in the ToolBox.

Now they do not. If you use the "Select Elements .." in the ToolBox, I get the error message "This assembly name or code base was invalid" after selecting my assembly.

I have Windows XP SP3 and .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.

It seems that VS2008 just does not support this.
