IIS 6.0 Command Line Options Set Permissions

I am looking for a way to set permissions for a virtual directory through the command line.
I have a site setup with script-only permissions, but for one of the child virtual directories you must have scripts and executables.

So far I have not found a command-line option for changing permissions for 6.0 - I have seen the chacess command for 5.1, but it is not available on my system ...

Is there an equivalent or other function that can do this for me?

Thanks Christy

If someone else needs information - here goes:

adsutil.vbs script ( inetpub/adminscripts)

adsutil.vbs set w3svc/[ ]/AccessExecute "True"

[site id] - IIS, . script, :
