I would like to write a small web service in Joomla for a client, but I'm not sure how to get started. Although I am moderately familiar with Joomla and quite comfortable with web services, I am completely unfamiliar with web services in Joomla.
Is there a hello world example that anyone knows or can demonstrate in response? Sometimes I also saw a calculator web service as an example of “hello world”, where you support various operations, such as Add, Subtractetc.
I am using the latest version of Joomla 1.5.
