How can I launch an Android app automatically when an email arrives?

I want my Android application to respond to an incoming email from a specific address. I heard that you can do this using incoming SMS, but emails are cheaper. Unfortunately, I am not an expert on the "intentions of Android", so I would be very grateful for your help.

There is no documented broadcast for receiving letters Intent. Thus, what you are trying to do is impossible without writing your own email client or contributing to another (for example, K9).
