Custom Fields in WordPress RSS Feed

Question

I have 2 custom fields in my WordPress system when creating new posts. One is called homethumb(this is the title of the image), and the other is called a description.

I would like to edit the RSS feed so that it displays the image and description, rather than the full post.

But I do not know how to do this. I would like to get this RSS with a simple pie to integrate it into another website (like an automatic posting system).

Here is another option if you want to display any images other than images and videos in the feed: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/rss-custom-fields/

Now all your custom fields will be displayed in the feed.

Additional parameters, in order to be able to choose which custom fields are displayed in the feed, will be available in future versions of the plugin!
