View header for UITextView?

Question

I want to have a custom view at the top of my UITextView that will scroll with the text view, so it only appears when the text view scrolls to the very top. It can be done? I thought that since this is a subclass of UIScrollView, there might be something that can be done.

Have you tried changing the properties of contentInset/ contentOffset/ contentSizeinherited from UIScrollView?
