How to remove a collapse / expand control from a module container

I am new to DNN, and can you please help me introduce steps to remove the collapse / expain control from containers. I am creating a skin and I want to get rid of this control.

This control is part of the container. In the Portals folder there is a Containers folder, and where you will find controls for containers. You need to remove the visibility control from the container.
