Django Admin - Mass Data Editing?

Question

Are there any admin extensions to mass edit data in Django Admin? (i.e. changing the image fields of all product models at once. Please note that this is necessary for POV users, so scripts are not taken into account.) Any thoughts on the topic are welcome.

With Django 1.1, you can create admin actions that can be applied to multiple records at once. See the documentation for this.

You have SQL. You can write SQL UPDATE statements.

You have Python for writing batch scripts that interact with Django ORM. This is really really good for massive changes.
